LiberEther Documentation

Last reviewed September 15, 2026

Canonical public documentation for the LiberEther ecosystem: education, products, LETH, Magnolia liquidity infrastructure, treasury, governance, and security. Live functionality is labeled separately from planned or historical concepts.

11 sections

Overview

LiberEther is a Web3 adoption ecosystem. Today, education is LiberEther's most developed branch.

Current mission

LiberEther's mission is to make Web3 usable for people and companies. The organization teaches, delivers tools for everyday use, and gathers a community where people can take part. The path is to learn, to use, and to belong. The token and the infrastructure support that path and are explained in the technical documentation. Over time, new businesses can be created using shared LiberEther assets: brands, distribution, community, technology, data, partnerships, and capital.

How the parts relate

Education, technology, community, and economic infrastructure work together, but they are not the same thing. The operating business (customer education and guidance) is separate from the ecosystem treasury, from protocol-owned liquidity, and from token mechanics.

Ecosystem

LiberEther connects education, trust, adoption, technology, community, and an economic layer. The aim is durable Web3 usage, not a single product page.

Shared ecosystem assets

New work can reuse shared assets: • Brand • Distribution • Community • Technology • Data • Partnerships • Capital

Education

Education is both a customer product and an adoption layer for the wider ecosystem. It is the primary way most people first meet LiberEther.

Live Tutorials

LIVE
The LiberEther Live Tutorials is a live education and marketing surface on this site. It presents courses, workshops, and partner education.

Support

LIVE
Support is the live operating business. External customer revenue from support already covers staff costs and the marketing/growth spend needed for continued customer acquisition.

Workshops

LIVE
In-person workshops are a live education offering. A yearly LiberPass can include workshop access as a documented perk.

Products

LiberWallet

LIVE
LiberWallet is a separate live product at wallet.liberether.com. This application integrates WalletConnect, LiberPass checkout, and NFT pass status checks.

LiberPass

LIVE
LiberPass is live access, paid by burning LETH. List prices in USD, paid in LETH at checkout: • Daily: $5 • Monthly: $15 • Yearly: $150, which can include one in-person workshop Support calls have a separate list price ($100, or $50 with active LiberPass). LiberPass revenue goes 100% to LETH buyback and then burn. That flow reinforces token supply.

LiberCamp

LIVE
LiberCamp is a live external product at camp.liberether.com.

Economic layer

The economic layer is separate from operating-company cash. The four boxes below are different flows.

LETH

LIVE
LETH (LiberEther Token) is an ERC-20 on Arbitrum One. Supply figures from this repository: • Total supply: 600,000 LETH • Circulating: 231,209 LETH • Locked: 366,791 LETH • Original supply: 1,000,000, of which 400,000 was a base burn The contract address is listed in Security & Transparency. LETH is the unit used for LiberPass burns, holder discounts, and the LETH side of Magnolia’s LETH/rETH liquidity.

sLETH

LIVE
sLETH is a token on Arbitrum One. The contract address is verified in this repository. The intended economic design documented for sLETH minting is: • 50% of the LETH used to mint is permanently burned • 50% is allocated toward Magnolia liquidity

Buyback and burn

A buyback acquires LETH in the market. A burn sends LETH to an irrecoverable burn address. Current LiberPass model: LiberPass revenue → 100% buyback → burn.

Protocol-owned liquidity

LIVE
Protocol-owned liquidity is LETH/rETH inventory and Uniswap v4 positions held by the Magnolia Safe.

Treasury

The ecosystem treasury is separate from: • operating-company cash • Magnolia liquidity inventory LiberEther may periodically monetize part of ecosystem-held LETH through concentrated liquidity when market conditions and valuation are considered appropriate. Conceptual allocation of realized capital: • about 50% returned to liquidity • about 25% stable assets / operational reserves • about 25% strategic Web3 assets Strategic assets may include widely used Web3 assets for diversification, staking or yield where applicable, governance participation, and alignment with protocols LiberEther uses or teaches.

Infrastructure

Live market and custody infrastructure sits on Arbitrum One. Magnolia is liquidity infrastructure.

Uniswap v4

LIVE
The primary production venue for Magnolia is the Uniswap v4 LETH/rETH pool on Arbitrum One, with a 3.5% pool fee. This application also reads that pool for LETH price display.

Safes

LIVE
There are at least two different Safes: • Board / treasury Safe — ecosystem treasury custody referenced by this DApp • Magnolia liquidity Safe — holds LP inventory and Uniswap v4 position NFTs The Magnolia Safe threshold in current production is 2 of 5. Magnolia is one owner.

Magnolia LP worker

LIVE
Magnolia, in current production, is a headless ElizaOS worker that proposes protocol-owned LETH/rETH liquidity positions on Uniswap v4 on Arbitrum One.

Three different Magnolia concepts

1. Magnolia LP worker — protocol-owned LETH/rETH liquidity infrastructure. This section. 2. Magnolia Council identity/seat — a governance-related identity. 3. Magnolia Eternal — a LiberPass NFT type (magnolia_eternal).

Objective and Patient Predator

LIVE
Magnolia maintains LETH/rETH liquidity depth using concentrated liquidity. The internal strategy is called Patient Predator. High-level behavior: • Idle rETH is placed above spot, about +10% to +20% • Idle LETH is placed below spot, about −10% to −20% When market price moves through one of those ranges, inventory can convert between LETH and rETH through normal Uniswap trading. At the next liquidity cycle Magnolia can rotate old positions and propose new ones around the updated market. Liquidity-provider fees can be generated through market making.

Magnolia and AI

Magnolia runs inside an ElizaOS-based runtime. AI does not choose liquidity ranges. The strategy is deterministic code. OpenAI may optionally be used so the Eliza runtime or character can initialize. A referenced model is gpt-4o-mini.

Security model

Production execution is propose-only (safe mode). Magnolia does not have unilateral Safe control, automatic on-chain execution, Safe private keys, or autonomous swap execution in safe mode. A second Safe signer is required.

Economic role

Potential economic output is Uniswap LP fees from ecosystem-owned liquidity. Current costs include infrastructure, APIs, transaction gas, and human executor operations.

Governance

Live governance today is the Freedom Council plus Safe multisig review.

Freedom Council

LIVE
The Freedom Council is the live operating governance body. Public materials describe eight weighted seats totaling 100%: • Leader: 25% • Treasury (2 seats): 15% each (30%) • OPS (2 seats): 9% each (18%) • Advisory (3 seats): 9% each (27%) Magnolia appears as a Council identity/seat. This DApp can display council information and supports admin scores and announcements.

Safe governance

LIVE
Protocol and liquidity actions that move funds go through Safes. The Magnolia liquidity Safe requires 2 of 5 owners. Magnolia can propose. A human owner must review, co-sign, and execute. The board/treasury Safe is a separate custody address.

Security and transparency

Addresses below were checked against this repository’s configuration. The Magnolia Safe threshold (2 of 5) comes from the current production worker description. Never send funds to an address you have not verified yourself.

Audit status

This repository does not contain a public smart-contract audit report for LETH, sLETH, or the Magnolia worker.
