Chat

Chat is the sixth item in the bottom menu. At the top there are two tabs: Feed and Messages.

Feed

The filters are Global, For you, Following, and News. “Your story” sits at the start of the list. The screen says posts expire in 24 hours.

The field “What’s happening?” posts as Public. The counter shows how many characters are left, and the button is Publish.

“Suggestions to follow” lists people, with a Follow button.

Messages

The P2P Council card talks about reviewing Pix disputes and resolving the conflict through the guarantee. The screen shows the bond status and the tabs Queue, My cases, and History. If the queue is empty, a notice says there is no dispute.

Appointments gathers verification and support calls on one calendar. Green is verification and amber is support. The times are in BRT, São Paulo. A day can show that there is no appointment.

The Messages list sits below, with search and a button to start a conversation. The support inbox marks conversations with the team.
